At Trend2grab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
15-Day Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them
- Unworn or unused, with tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
